Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Equipment	Select the preferred equipment from the drop-down list. Users can select multiple or all available equipment from the list.

Field	Description
Room/Location	The room number where the equipment is located.
Sub Location	The sub location details where the equipment is located, if any.
Building	The building in which the room for equipment maintenance is located.
FI. Serial number	The serial number of the equipment.
Asset Code	The asset tag of the equipment in the property.
Purchase/Entered Date	The date the equipment was purchased or last serviced.
Warranty Exp.	The warranty expiration date of the equipment.
End Of Service	The expiration date of the service or replacement date of the equipment.
